  • Led three products from concept to live deployment across fintech, proptech, and decentralized escrow—owning architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and release.
  • Engineered resilient transaction layers with Stripe, M-Pesa STK Push and callback reconciliation, strict idempotency controls, and Solana escrow protocols handling real value transfer.
  • Made security a system-level default by embedding RBAC, database Row Level Security, and JWT authentication into every product from day one.
  • Reduced release friction and improved reliability through Docker Compose, modular architecture, and automated API testing across the project portfolio.
